Permalink problem

Hi i installed this plugin and it looks awesome, the submit question page and the page with the list of questions that have been asked comes up and they work fine but both when i submit a question or try to view a question that has been asked i get a 404 error. In the back end the questions i see the posted question under the question section and i can edit it but when i click on view again i get a 404 error. my permalink setting is to post name and i cannot figure out what else may be causing this. thanks
