This plugin continue to suffer to some severe performance related issues that affect not only the plugin functionalities but the site as a whole.

Taking a customer e-commerce website, a single product page without caching plugins takes 4 seconds to load. Then I activate this plugin, make the test again and the same page takes from 10 to 20 seconds to load… making the e-commerce almost unuseful. Ok, I’m adding a new functionality and I could expect a 100 ms waiting but it’s a product list activated using ajax, it’s not a strong analytics plugin (the order of magnitude of the current delay is seconds and not ms). I hope you will debug the plugin for solve the issue.

This happens expecially in single product pages.
I can’t pretend, it’s a free plugin so it’s ok to have some missing features but it’s not acceptable to break the site functionalities.

I hope you will solve the plugin related problems

    Regards

and thank you for your feedback

First of all, I’d like to assure you that we put the best effort into making sure that our plugin not only is functional, but can also offer good performance on most customers’ configuration
Of course, this isn’t always possible, and even if we use our plugin in the first place, and have records of thousands of happy customers, there is always a chance that you could experience some issues

It is a pity that you didn’t contact us on our support forum, since we’d for sure be happy to help you debug the performance issue
As you surely can see we’re very active in supporting our community, and we do our best to solve any problem that may occur

As I said, we treasure your feedback, and I’ll make sure to perform some tests in order to check if I can replicate your issue; anyway, I can say already that I didn’t experience any sensible slow-down on any test installation so far
