    Hello,

    First i want to say thank you for the excellent plugin. Much needed for anyone with a woo store.

    I noticed that orders with failed payments, which are set as Pending payment, do not receive the followup emails. Is this by design or I have a misconfiguration in my setting?

    Those orders from my experience are more likely to complete the order later and should be included in the abandond follwup emails. Is there any way to do that?

    Hi @nimonogi,

    There’s an option to exclude emails from being sent for specific order statuses. Refer to this screenshot, please.

    I guess my question is, are pending payment orders which failed payment during checkout, treated as abandoned by your plugin?

    Hi @nimonogi,

    As my colleague mentioned, it depends on which order statuses are excluded in the plugin settings. If the status for failed or pending payment orders is excluded there, those orders will not be captured as abandoned.

    This is what I am trying to say. Pending orders are not excluded but they do not receive the emails.
