PDF Download button only word for administrator role

    Hi, first thanks for your great plugin.
    unfortunately even I check Some roles in Setting page (I check admin, author and etc. for example)
    But plugin just work for admin and other roles can’t downlead pdf.

    When I Check “All” option in roles, the pdf download with link (…/?print=pdf) but still download button doesn’t show.

    when check some roles The button does not work and is not downloaded using the file link except for admin.

    I use last version of plugin (2.2.2) and last WordPress version (5.5.1) and My PHP Version is 7.4

    I’m waiting for your help :‌)

    Thank you for contacting us!

    Please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

    1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Deactivate all of your plugins except PDF & Print and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
    3) Contact us back with information about the results.
