We are using PayPal Zettle POS for our online store. It worked fine initially, but now everything has gone wrong. I’m not sure when the issue started affecting our online store. Stock levels are not updating when purchases are made in the physical store. Sometimes, the sale of a single product decreases the stock by -16. We constantly have to manually check, and we can’t keep up.
I read discussions on your site and asked the hosting provider; the issue is not with the firewall. I disabled the plugin, but it didn’t help. I tried changing the plugin to version 1.5.7 and then to 1.5.8, but that didn’t help either. When I manually adjust the stock in Zettle, it does not update the stock in the online store.
