PayPal makes Design problems in the Checkout

Hello,

on the Checkout, if i wanted to pay with PayPal, than comes the Paypal Menu displayed at the bottom. See on Screenshot.

What can i do, i want it’s comes bei Paypal by 1. on Screenshot and not and bottom.
