Usually when the loading indicators on the checkout page keep spinning or the sections are not usable, it is related to an error that happened while processing the checkout page update requests.
Since this is an error that happens on your server we are unable to evaluate it.
1. You’ll need to check your PHP error.log or debug.log file on your hosting environment for any error message related to Fluid Checkout.
The location for the PHP error.log or debug.log file depends on your hosting environment configuration and unfortunately, we are unable to send you instructions to locate it. You might need to contact your hosting company to help you locate the correct file.
Once you have the log file, you can open the file in a text editor such as Notepad and search for fluid-checkout inside it.
Please note that this support forum is public so if you don’t want to share information publicly here or want to send us the entire log file to us, we ask you to open a new support ticket on our website, there you can use the “upload” button below the message box to add your log file.
