Hi, I’ve been attempting to resolve this issue for a while, but I’m uncertain about the solution. To provide some context, we migrated the website from one hosting provider to another. The current problem we’re facing is that the BlockUI blockOverlay feature seems to be continuously loading.
Initially, I managed to address this concern by introducing some extra CSS code. However, a new issue has arisen: the credit card field is now unresponsive and cannot be clicked. Even after switching themes, we still encounter difficulties in inputting the required details.
Can someone help?

Furthermore, I reinstalled the plugin and even updated the API keys (both live and secret). Additionally, I deactivated all other plugins to investigate whether any of them might be conflicting with the Stripe plugin.
From your shared information, this could be a JavaScript conflict issue, especially since you mentioned the BlockUI blockOverlay feature continuously loading. WooCommerce utilizes the BlockUI Plugin to create a transparent overlay, generally used when the site processes payment or updates cart contents. If it’s constantly loading, there might be an issue with the JavaScript on your site.
I tried to test the checkout process on your website to understand the issue, but I couldn’t because your website is in maintenance mode.
However, here are a few troubleshooting steps that you can take:
Check for JavaScript Errors: Open your website in Google Chrome, right-click and select “Inspect”, then click on “Console” tab. Reload your page and see if any errors are displayed. If there are any, they might be the source of the problem.
Switch to a Default Theme: You mentioned that you have tried switching themes, but have you tried using a default theme like Storefront? If not, please try this to rule out any theme-related issues.
Conflict Test: You’ve already deactivated all other plugins, but after doing this, did you also clear all caches (browser and site) and then test again? If not, please try this. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to identify the conflicting plugin.
If you’ve already tried all these steps and the issue persists, could you please provide us with the system status report? You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Once you have the System Status Report file, please send it with your reply or share it via https://pastebin.com/ and send the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.
I’m in the same boat…recently migrated Woocommerce site…original one on the same server works, but the migrated clone has this same problem. This was marked as resolved, but I’m not seeing any notes on how it was fixed? Help?

From what I understand, you’re experiencing a similar issue as @buckbasten after migrating your WooCommerce site. You mentioned that the original site on the same server works fine, but the migrated clone is experiencing problems with the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway.
