If you were using this shortcode [urcr_restrict] for partial content restriction before then it should work as it is.
Yes, going forward we recommend using blocks for partial content protection, as we have strong enhancements plans for this.
Regarding, new customizable shortcode support for partial content protection, we don’t have strong plans for this but this is in our consideration. We will think on this on our next major update that we plan to work around starting April.

Hi, thank you. It looks strange. The restriction is applied to whole page, no matter if used related shortcode.
Also, can you point me how to set partial content – when I create brand new page (just for test now) , the page section when I used to set it, is not available 🙁 At what tab I can set it, please?

If the whole page is restricted, then there might be setting that is dong that, maybe due one of the following:
1. Please check URM -> Content Rules in dashboard. See if that page is restricted there, if yes, you can disable it there.
2. Go that that specific page, scroll to bottom. See if restriction to that page is applied there.
