Parameter ?customize_changeset_uuid=… persists

    Hey guys

    I am using wp 6.7.2

    I pinpointed an issue to the Custom Login Page Customizer plugin.
    Whenever I close the WP customizer, the parameter below persists in the URL

    ?customize_changeset_uuid=....

    Anyone else having the same issue?
