Pagination causing duplicate content

    I’m sorry about the delayed response. I hope your query has been answered through email based support.

    To summarize: For the pagination functionality, we’re not sending any commands to the WP header to modify the canonical because it’s shortcode based. That said, we’ve created a ticket https://github.com/michael-cannon/testimonials-widget/issues/188 to track the issue.

    Next, for our website and others, we’ve not had duplicate content issues arise at this point. I think it might be because we’re using Yoast SEO to create a testimonials sitemap. However, the latest versions of Testimonials Widget Premium has sitemap.xml capability built-in. Because of this, the testimonials are indexed correctly and in turn could be preventing the duplicate content issues.
