Where in PageSpeed Ninja Settings I can find and activate those options “Don’t cache pages for logged in users” and “Cache Preload”?

Where do you found mention of “Don’t cache pages for logged in users” and “Cache Preload” in PageSpeed Ninja? Such features are planned for version 0.10, but they are not part of 0.9 branch.
