    Hello,

This usually means the API credentials (email, API key, or token) used by the plugin are incorrect, expired or missing.

    1. Check your API tokens in the Cloudflare dashboard—they might have been deleted or expired. If you’re using API Tokens instead of the Global API Key, make sure the token has permission to edit Cache Rules for the zone.
    2. Once you have a valid token, go to the Super Page Cache dashboard and try reconnecting to Cloudflare.
    3. Save your changes and try purging the cache again.
