Pages in full with not working

As checked again, your chosen page template is already correct. But seems likely you’re missing one thing, that is full stretch section on Elementor sections within your page. Check this video tutorial from Elementor, that may help you with this task.

As far as I can see, Elementor full-width row works like so.
