– Have you tried clearing browser cache?
– disabling the browser extensions?
If that does not help, try:
– Disabling ALL plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Tried Twenty21 theme. No change
Disabled ALL plugins. No change
Disabled all Chrome extensions No Change. Except I got this message, once, only once.
Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.
I have delete each block on the page, no change
Chrome is up to date.
Bear in mind I can update ALL other pages.
I can also update via Edge

The response is not a valid JSON response.
It may be a lot of different things:
– a plugin conflict either 1) a plugin doing something that creates output, thus breaking the response or 2) a plugin doing something with caching),
– an overloaded server,
– misconfigured http/https address in General Settings,
– permalinks may need resetting,
– theme/plugin conflict,
check Site Health: From your WordPress dashboard, if you go to Tools and then select Site Health, then under the Status tab on that page, WordPress will show you any improvement recommendations that could help your website. An issue related to Rest API could also cause the JSON response error on your website. Moreover, if you find any issue there, solving the issue might also fix the JSON response error for your website, etc.

You keep mentioning Plugins, but with ALL plugs disabled the problem still exists.
Changing Theme to 2021 the problem still exists.
The Sever is not overloaded
If the http/https was misconfigured in General Setting wouldn’t this affect all pages?
Bear in mind I can update ALL other pages.
