Page template

Were do I find the page template. I don’t see it in the page editor.

I looked also for the file with ftp, in all the theme folders I have, twentyten, twentyeleven, Crown. Can’t find it.

On the settingspage of comment Pub I’ve selected ‘Use Comment Pub as Guest Book’
