    Hello there,

Thank you for being so patient.

I suggest following this method one by one by on focusing on method 2:

Method 1: This can easily be fixed by going to WP admin > Elementor > Tools > Clear Files & Data

Method 2: Please make sure that you clear all forms of cache including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache (In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help to clear the server cache).

Method 3: Clear Browser cache or check the site in a private/incognito window.

    Looking forward hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

Thank you so much! I did every single step but nothing changed. Any other suggestions?

    Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor ). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features

Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this.
    • Inline Font Icons – This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance

I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @maikaikava

Thank you for the update on the issue, I checked and noticed that the issue is still there.

As per the WordPress Forum Guidelines we can provide support through the forum topic thread itself.

For the solution, could you please try one more method.

Please ensure that there is no cache applied on the site from server or from any plugin.

I checked your page using a nocache parameter in the URL and it showed the correct layout as seen here in this screenshot – https://snipboard.io/3VxhId.jpg

    URL that I used – https://athenskava.com/?nocache=5

Please try checking the site using this URL and check using incognito window or a different browser.
