Is the page you are referring to using Custom Post Types by any chance?
Also, since I am not able to see any Pixels firing also on the HomePage of your site, please make sure you have Pixel Cat installed and supplied with your Facebook Pixel ID.
Depending on if you have Pixel Cat installed on your site and Pixel Id supplied, the page view pixel should fire automatically on your site.

Thank you. I just quickly did a new “registration” page & it appeared.
Question on point #2 that you highlight in your response:
I have pixel cat installed & entered my FB id. I am only asking pixel cat to track 1 event (i.e. one page on my website – the registration page). I’m assuming that pixel cat will not follow my home page unless I load this as an event. Is this correct?

I mean to say that if you have Pixel Cat installed and Pixel ID supplied then the PageView event will fire on all the pages of your website automatically even if you do not set an event for it.
