Page not found when saving forms

I have been trying to resolve an issue with seeing Page Not Found when saving various profile forms on our site. We have several roles. I did discover when getting this error for one of the roles, that once I had satisfied all validation it worked. I have another role where I am not able to save without the error at all.

When editing, the URL points to the profile with the ‘?um_edit=action’ query string and results in the same URL when seeing Page Not Found upon save. All I see in the browser console is the 404 error. If due to validation, I would like to get the form to notify versus throwing the error.

How can I troubleshoot to determine the cause? I have all plugins on the latest version as of today including WordPress core 6.7.2 and UM 10.0. We are using the Hello Elementor theme.
