Page not found for CPT

HI,
Our site uses your plugin. We have 7 or more CPT, but only one, “happenings”, is giving us a hard time displaying the posts. When we follow a post’s permalink we get ‘a page not found error message.’
We have reviewed everything a million times and cannot tell what went wrong. A colleague seems to remember he renamed the slug (?), which somehow made the CPT appear twice. He deleted it and now there’s only one ‘happening’ CPT.

Everything seems fine to me, but I’m not sure what I could be missing. I have a limitation and is that by the client’s needs, we have to use that CPT slug (happenings). So it is not that I can recreate it and import everything on to a newly named CPT.

Any advice would be amazing. Below is my debug info.
