• Hi, I have re-written my refund and returns policy page, and when I publish it, the formatting goes all over the place.
    On the editing page, the text is correctly underneath each heading but once published, text follows on straight after headings, on the same line.
    And it’s not every heading, only some of them.
    I’ve tried deleting all the text and re-copying it back in but that didn’t work.
    What have I done wrong?
    I re-wrote my privacy policy and terms and conditions pages and didn’t have this issue?
    Thanks

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @tradin When you look at the content which is broken you will note that it is partial lines of text and that in mobile view it looks fine. On inspecting your css I found that your text elements on this page were inheriting display:flex from an div with class row. Adding the following custom css will fix the issue specifically on this page but will not affect content on any other page. To add custom css in your admin area go to Appearance > Customize then select Additional CSS. Be sure to save changes and publish.

    body.page-id-12 .row {display: block;}

    wlpdrpat that blew my mind, in a very scary way. I have no idea what CSS is, but I followed your instructions (thank you for being so clear), hit publish (and held my breath slightly terrified) and it worked!
    Thank you for taking the time to help me.
