Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, in the latest update, we had to come up some changes, and the documentation is not yet fully updated.
To set up a blog page, you need to select the page you want as Posts page in Settings > Reading http://prntscr.com/efkm46

Your support was super fast! It solved my problem with just one additional hint to this.
As my site was a frontpage only site without any other page.
Now I needed to create 2 pages: one new page called blog and other new page called home with page attribute setted as frontpage.
Making this solved the problem for me.
