The packing slip does have an issue – another customer complained. when coming through on email its blank

Firstly is there a way to rollback the plugin?
Secondly – it happens on invoices/packing slips on all orders; the items show but the delivery address etc is blank – if you re-send the order details it then shows

We have just released a new version of Booster, v7.1.3.
Can you please upgrade the plugin and confirm whether your fix has been included or not?
Hi. No the new update hasn’t fixed it – sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn’t.
this isnt fixed – no idea why you have ticked resolved
They do that yes, their support is not good anymore. Sell sell sell, but support no….
Totally agree; I bought the pro version highest package lifetime – then a few months later they removed the support and this is now an additional extra – absolute joke, you have to pay to talk to them about their broken plugin
Yes! And it is no a small fee either!
Still waiting for a solution this. Can we have an update please.

If you are still experiencing this issue the following setting fixed the problem for me:
Booster > Plugins > Emails & Misc. > General > Shortcodes Options:
Enable “Booster’s order shortcodes display forcefully”
