Override From Email using Gravity Forms

    I’m using Gravity Forms to override the “From Email” address on outgoing emails, but when it gets sent from Mail Bank the from address is the same as the one set in Email Setup.

    The from address needs to change depending on which Gravity Form is submitted, so I haven’t set the override in the Mail Bank setup screen. Any ideas on how to get Gravity Forms and Mail Bank to work together?

    Did you configure Gmail or Google SMTP servers in Mail Bank?

    If you were using Gmail or any of the Google SMTP servers, then over-riding of From Name won’t work.

    This is hard set by Google itself.

    Ah! Yes, we did switch to Google servers recently.

    Ok, I’ll figure out a workaround. Thanks!

    I have exactly the same issue, only not using google or gmail smtp.
