Hi Harry,
thanks for reaching out.
You can prevent automatic ad injection into specific elements by adding the .advads-stop-injection class.
You can also add your own elements with the custom code explained here.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
Best regards,
Henning

Hello Henning, this worked like a charm.
However, I was wondering if there’s any way to make ads skip the elements marked with the .advads-stop-injection class instead of disabling them altogether.
Thanks a ton for your help and attention!
All the best,
Harry
Hi Harry,
Thanks for the reply.
Do I understand correctly that adding .advads-stop-injection to an ad unit disables the content injection for the entire post/page?
I also notice that it might help to uncheck the option “Disable level limitation“. This effects in removing ads from being injected in in your content ads as well.
Best regards,
Henning

Hi Henning, the Disable Level Limitation was unchecked all along.
Let me give you an example of what I’m talking about…
Ad 1 – Rich Content Ad
Ad 2 – Image Ad
Ad 2 appeared inside Ad 1.
I added the .advads-stop-injection class to the container of Ad 1 and now Ad 2 doesn’t appear inside Ad 1.
However, Ad 2 stopped being served on the page altogether.
What I’m asking is if there’s any way to serve Ad 2 somewhere else on the page, maybe a few paragraphs below Ad 1, instead of completely disabling it.
All the best,
Harry
Hi Harry,
Thanks for the reply.
I was unable to reproduce the reported behavior on my test page. Using the settings we talked about above, it seems to work as intended.
I also checked back your website and assume the issue is about “ad 1” filled with the ezoic ad id 663.
As you can see on the screenshot the ad placeholder is injected, bud does not extend.
Can you please check if this ad placeholder is working without Advanced Ads and also if the behavior is the same if you try one of your other, working ad placeholders on this ad 1 placement?
Best regards,
Henning
