Hi @titsmaker ,
Thank you for sharing your experience and detailed feedback. We really appreciate users taking the time to highlight issues; it helps us improve.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with ReviewX didn’t meet expectations. Regarding the points you mentioned:
- Importing photos from Judge.me: We understand how frustrating it is when migration doesn’t work as expected. From our understanding, Judgeme turned their server off, and our system couldn’t import images/attachments any longer. But we’re still investigating the matter, and since you have already contacted us through support, we will let you know our findings.
- Plugin size and JS usage: We are aware that performance and footprint are important. Our team is continuously working on optimizations to reduce load times and minimize resource usage.
- Styling and design: Feedback about visual presentation is noted. We aim to offer customization options so reviews feel authentic and integrate smoothly with store themes.
- Database cleanup: Leaving residual data after uninstall is a valid concern, and we’ll review ways to make uninstallation cleaner in upcoming releases.
We’re taking your feedback seriously, and your points will help guide future improvements. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to discuss possible workarounds or assist with any issues you’re still facing.
Thanks again for your review. 🙂
Best regards,
Sabbir, Team ReveiwX
Despite of judge.me promise to stop their WC service on November, 1st it is still working. I would not have blamed you for not importing photos if it had been impossible.
Hi @titsmaker ,
Thank you again for the clarification. As I have mentioned in my earlier reply, that we’re still investigating the matter for more better picture of the issue and we will let you know if we find something different.
Best regards 🙂
