Org ID and Forms disappearing after host migration

Beautiful plugin. I’ve used it for years without issue until a recent attempt to move our site from an in-house server to wpengine. The migration is seamless with the wpengine migration plugin and the site functions fine until after about a half day when the SF Org ID and 30+ forms disappear. We’ve tried the migration 3 times and each time, the same result. The SF Org ID and forms disappear after several hours. Any thoughts to what this could be? We’re stumped…

WP Engine auto deletes large records in the options table… like one storing 30 forms.

Data storage in v3.0 was refactored to address this issue. Try upgrading to that.

Note that recaptcha support and the new “webto” endpoints have not made it into the 3.0 branch… yet.

Thanks for quick response Nick. Really appreciate your time and input. I reimported the forms, updated the plugin to 3.0. Time will tell if it works…fingers crossed!

Hey Nick –

I noticed with this plugin upgrade that the ‘forms’ tab in the plugin settings is gone. We know longer have access to any of our existing forms. I don’t imagine that is an intentional UI change?

Look in the left menu- Salesforce forms in V3+ are a main menu item (custom post types). I’ll be moving the plugin settings underneath the main menu item once v3 is officially released.

Nick – just FYI, with this newest release, it appears (at least with our instance), the form duplication isn’t working. None of the fields transfer over.

Not yet. FYI- this forum is for v2 at present. Please use github issues for v3 support.
