Options Disabled

Whenever I create a chart I cannot change any of the options. All the option dropdowns seem grayed out. Tried it on several different browsers and different WP sites and I have the same issue on all of them. I also tried an older version of the plug in to see if that would work, but I got the same results.

What am I doing wrong?
