OPTIONALLY collect address

    My client is using PayPal and Authorize.net and would like to OPTIONALLY collect the postal address for donations. When the “collect billing details” box is checked, then the correct fields display on the donation form, but they are REQUIRED.

    Is there a way to make them optional for both payment gateways?

    (I wrote to priority support before writing this message, but was told that it takes at least 2 full business days to respond, and maybe even 4. Plus I can no longer find my original submission – it seems there is no place on the GIVE support site to see previously submitted tickets. The client wants to send another blast in the next 10 hours!)
