Option to batch select

    Id love to see an option to batch select and delete entries.

    For example, Updraft leaves behind around 75 entries, which I have to manually delete one by one.

    That would be a timesaver! Thanks a lot for the plugin!

    @nrn Just a quick heads-up: As of version 1.4, you can now use bulk actions in the plugin!

    It seems you can use bulk actions, but you still need to make selections one-by-one, which is rough when there’s hundreds to go through.

    It’d be nice if there was a checkbox at the top of the checkbox column to select all shown at once, as well as the option to shift click to select contiguous batches and command click to select non contiguous batches—like most standard WordPress lists behave—like for Posts, Plugins, etc.

    You’re absolutely right, @mpmchugh.
    It was there, but we accidentally broke it in our latest release. We’ll fix it asap!
