It sounds like there may be a conflict with the theme, or another plugin, that is preventing our forms from showing.
To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.
1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

Hi there,
I have a problem with the mobile version of the get response optin plugin. The pop up appears but only half of it. When I try to scroll down this is impossible. In this way people are not able to fill in the fields and the pop up is useless. On desktop it seems to work just fine. Can you help me? Thanks!
