Can you optimize pages of your plugin for mobile devices?

Very unlikely I will do it, it is just too much work for very little gain.

EDIT: I also notice that you spam a lot of plugins with the same issue. Why don’t you help out by fixing it sending a PR https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-dbmanager =)
