OPCache

I have troubles with my host. I wanted to use a cache, but I can only use Disk related Cache, which is making a lot of problems. I need to delete files from my webspace, therefore I want to turn off the OPChache completely. I disabled and deinstalled already at http://gutscheinesichern.de my plugin for the cache (W3 total cache) However, If I delete the opchace files, they come back and block again my webspace. What settings do I need to change in WordPress to solve this problem?
