@organizediy: Thanks for the report. We’ll look into your site.
@bdemploes: What’s your site?
@organizediy: We’ve detected a bug which is causing this behaviour. For now, unfortunately all I can I’d recommend not using the plug-in until we’ve fixed the issue.
@bdempleos: I’ve asked the team to investigate you site as well.
@bdempleos: do you have the plugin currently installed? I was able to run the the analysis and generate markers without a problem.
The plugin works perfect for me at ghostsofnorthdakota.com, but Ooops, something went wrong on GhostsofMN.com
Same HOST and same THEME on both sites, one works, one doesn’t. Weird.
Hi all,
we’re improved our error messages, so could you check if you’re still getting the same errors as before?
I installed this plugin on my other site about a month ago and it worked (still does). Now I just installed it on my new site and get same message “Oops something went wrong”. Please help. My site is http://www.gladstonelife.com/
Trying to add Google AdSense to a client website built with WordPress. Set everything up but when i try to use Ad Manager i receive the same error message; Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again.
The most likely reason is that you are using a WordPress cache plugin. If this is the case, please follow the plugin’s instructions to clear the cache and then try again.
I am only using a few plugins and cannot see how to empty any cache.
Help or Recommendation please.
Same thing happens for me. My site is http://www.hp-gauster.name (which is not even remotely fully built by now and uses zero plug-ins except for this one as of now).
Any help with this will be appreciated – thanks.
I had (have) the same problem and discovered it was the Yoast SEO plugin. Temporarily disabling it while I change the Ad settings, then re-enabling it afterwards worked for me.
Here’s my post on it: http://chipperfields.net/2014/06/google-publisher-plugin-ooops/
