Only title and no images showed in the widget

Dear Sirs,
I have tried any attempts and read all the forum but I have not found any solution to the problem that in the widget has shown only the title (with two grey small squares below) and no images. I have visual composer, slider revolution and slider pro plugin installed.
What could be the problem?
