    Hey hey… this is great! I do have a quick question though. Can members of the site not join a team unless an admin goes in and assigns them there?

    Hi @bplndk ,

    By default, SportsPress requires an administrator to manually create player profiles and assign them to teams through the WordPress admin dashboard. Members cannot join teams on their own through the frontend.

    If you need players to self-register and join teams automatically, you would need to implement custom functionality using hooks and possibly create a frontend form. This would require some custom development work or a plugin that extends SportsPress functionality.

    For extensive customization like this, I’d recommend hiring a developer through platforms like jobs.wordpress.net or upwork.com to create a solution tailored to your needs.
