Hi AI1M,
I have purchased a license so I can migrate/backup my 6GB website. It works well for my setup as I will migrate to a test site and make all my changes there to see how it will look without breaking the live site. Then if all looks and at well, I will make the changes on the live site; this has been working very well for me.
Currently, I have not had to use your support system and I have only been a client for about there months as of this date (5-25-2018).
I have TWO questions for you that I trust you will be able to answer here publicly for all your current and future clients.
1. Is there a yearly support charge?
2. Do you plan to create an automatic backup option that will automatically backup the database, themes, plugins, uploads & other stuff (when/only) if there is a change to the area?Option two (2.) would really be helpful as it would save space on the client’s server whether it is in the cloud or on an external drive on their personal network.
Currently, I am saving my entire website on a weekly basis which is a 6GB website.
