Occasionally delivers noncached version

    I have tried cache enabler for quite some time now, but I often encounter situations where a noncached and nonminified version is delivered top guests. A second reload then shows the cached version. This happens independent of any ttyl timings in the settings. So the issue cannot be expired caches. I feel like the system is not reliable. What could be the cause? Anyone else experiences this?
