Notify Group admin

Hi there,

is there any way to notify different emails when a user registers into a group?

So for example:
A user registers in group “A”, I would like to receive a notification to the email address “[email protected]”. If a user registers in group B, I would like to be notified by the email address “[email protected]”.

How can i do this?
