Notifications for Subscribe to Blog Lost Formatting

    When visitors to my website submit a “Subscribe to Blog” WPForm, I have set up a response notification email. Within the past week, it has lost its formatting of hard returns. Now it puts in one single line the salutation, body, and signature lines. It didn’t used to do this. Any suggestions?

    Ralden — it worked!

    Thank you so much. I don’t want to say it was a simple fix, but looking back, it seems straight forward enough. Sending me the json file was extremely helpful because it permitted me to see the actual coding. While I don’t code, I understood it well enough to see what you did. In fact, I made a few more edits by adding in extra <b> breaks for there to be an empty line between paragraphs. Thank you!

    We can close out the ticket as successful in both fixing the problem and educating me just a bit on coding. Thank you!
