Notifications are Failing

Hello,

Our notifications for posts when status changed are suddenly not working. This happened before and we turned off the asynchronous notification which resolved the problem, but it is happening again. I tried to turn async on again, and it doesn’t work that way either.

Is it happening to all notification or only one specific notification?

It is happening to all notifications with both Asynchronous and Synchronous.

Hi @vdxmarketing ,

To ensure that the issue is not affected by other plugins, could you try to disable other plugin except PublishPress Planner. Then, make a test again by triggering the notification. If it works, there might be a certain plugin affecting the issue.

Let me know how it goes.

I have deactivated all plugins, tried a notification with both Synchronous and Asynchronous and they both failed.
