Notification messages close very quickly

    Hi!
    The plugin I’ve been looking for all this time, I even want to buy an extended version, but there is a problem with displaying messages. When the call is triggered, I click on it and a message window opens, but as soon as I hover the mouse over it, it immediately closes. Not even 2 seconds pass. Very uncomfortable. How to fix this, until the user clicks anywhere on the screen, the message will not close? Thank you.

    Yes, I used a shortcode. the window closes quickly all the time, but this is only on the computer, everything works fine on the smartphone, because there is a different logic of opening and closing. How can I fix this or at least increase the window opening time?

    I tested it again, the informer via the shortcode is buggy on the main page of the site, it works well on all other pages. How can I diagnose what is the reason? I can’t provide access to the client’s backend, the site is working.

    It works very strangely. At the first boot it flashes, only if you wait it is triggered after a few times. Maybe the problems are due to the fact that your plugin is not compatible with caching? We use Redis caching. But on other pages of the site everything works fine.

    Can you tell me how to make the popup window of the informer close only when you click outside its area or when you click on the call again? I think that would solve the problem

    Hi,

    Do you use caching only on the main page? And how are you using it, is it through a plugin?

    Can you tell me how to make the popup window of the informer close only when you click outside its area or when you click on the call again?

    This is the normal behavior of the plugin. The box closing on its own without any clicks is not supposed to happen so there’s no option to enable or disable that.

    Can you maybe deactivate other plugins to see if it changes anything?

    Hi!

    I disabled all plugins, tried it. But the glitches on the main page persist. There is a problem with your plugin apparently. Because I even disabled caching. I used Redis caching and CloudFlare optimization. But it doesn’t work well only on the main page of the site, which is strange.
