    Hi @prosim4u,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the plugin.

The demo widget shows when the plugin lost connection to your SimplyBook.me account. The quickest solution is to logout and then logging in again. You can do this via:
Settings -> General -> Log out

Next you can log in by clicking “Sign in here” at the top right corner of the SimplyBook.me page in WordPress.

We’ve also been working on a permanent solution and created a separate branch of the plugin with changes to the authentication mechanism, which should improve the session reliability. Could you give this version of the plugin a test run, and monitor whether that resolves the issue that you reported?

Installation: Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin -> Install Now -> Select “Replace” to update your currently installed version of SimplyBook with this version.

I’m curious to hear about your findings with this version, so just let me know if there are any further updates regarding the matter.

    Kind regards, Wim

    Hey @prosim4u,

I’ve revisited your site and can confirm that the issue seems to be fixed, so I’ve marked this topic as resolved.

Could you please confirm whether installing the branch we provided was the solution?

Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Kind regards, Wim
