Nothing Shows

Ben,

I really hope you have a few minutes to look at my problem as your plugin would make my life much easier, but I cannot get any pages to show.

I have created the Parent page and 6 children pages under it. I have added the parent page to my menu and that works fine. I have turned off all of my plugins but yours, changed themes to the default WordPress theme and still nothing shows.

All of my other plugins work fine. Do you have any idea as to what I am screwing up??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
