Notes color being lost after refeshing

    Hi Jeroen,

    Thanks for a nice plugin. I have an issue regarding the color of the notes which are being lost after refreshing the dashboard page. It changes back to the default one.

    Hi,

    That is odd, are you seeing the ‘saving’ icon when changing the color?
    Can you check if there are any errors in the javascript console when changing the colors?

    Hi @sormano,

    I see the saving icon and it’s saving but the note color goes away on refresh. I get the following error in the chrome console.

    WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed:

    Hi,

    I’m not sure if that is related; but that seems to be related to Jetpack (related feature).
    Can you test this out by disabling that plugin and see if that changes anything?

    I deactivated the jetpack plugin but still the same issue.

    Hi,

    I’d recommend trying to disable all other plugins and switch to a default WP theme to see if this is still happening. As far as I can tell you’re the only person that is affected by this, which indicates that its something specific to your setup.
