Not working on Laptop, but does on Mobile

Great Plugin! however, having installed the plugin on https://filmpuls.ch, I realized that it works when the page is viewed on the mobile phone, but not when the same page is viewed on laptop or ipad. any hints what to do? debug does not show any mistakes. regards, K
