As you can see on the link below, adding stars is not working, adding a photo or video is not working!!! Completely not working, and it is not possible to write and add a review:

Thank you for providing additional information.

I tried to test adding a new review and uploading a media file but the settings require me to have an account on your website to do it. Could you please temporary enable guests to submit reviews on product pages? It is recommended to also enable reCAPTCHA at the same time to prevent SPAM reviews.

Thank you for getting back to us.

I can see two issues:
1. Please update our plugin to the latest version and clear all caches.
2. JavaScript files of our plugin are excluded from the page load on your website, hence the media upload functionality is not working. If you have any JS optimization plugins, please temporarily disable them and re-check the media upload functionality.
