not working in latest wp version

Hi i have many years using this plugin and is great but i did a fresh installation in new prject and plugin is not working in any way im using wp 5.5.1 the only plugin installed is wp security and nothing work i try to make changes and this are not saved like put website in mantenience mode and other settings and nothing work is really strange issue is this happen just to me or anyone have same issue?
