Do you check views when your popup is still in admin mode or those are not showing in Active mode?
I tested on my site and when Exit PopUp is active it shows correctly views of the plugin.
Have you tested that as non logged in visitor to trigger popup and see if this will show up on your site? Or could I get your site url to test that maybe?

@wpmudev-support9, I see your visit. However, a pop-up window in the record of the visit is not displayed. You had it when you exit? Also on the page “DASHBOARD” zero stats. On the page “CUSTOM CONTENT” ,several tens of activations. I still don’t know if a pop-up window when my visitors want to exit))

PopUp on exit displays on your site – so it works, see on my screenshot:
In DASHBOARD there are statistics of the conversion – so on how many signups to mail opt-ins there was. It does not show views – views are only show on the list of the custom contents and mail opt-ins.
