To better understand the issue, could you please provide a bit more detail about what exactly isn’t working? For example, are the fields you’ve added with the plugin not displaying on the product page?
Also, just to confirm — did you assign the field groups to the appropriate products via Products > Product Fields?
If possible, could you share a screenshot of that section, as well as one from the edit view of one of the field groups that’s not working (Products > Product Fields > click ‘Edit’ below the field group name)?
